About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the THE LAST ALIBI online store and purchases made through it. By using the store, you agree to these terms and any applicable policies linked here.

Digital products

Products are fictional investigation experiences delivered digitally. Product pages describe the files, format, player count, and estimated play time for each case. No physical goods are shipped.

Orders and payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. We may correct listing errors or cancel an order where permitted by law, with a refund when required.

Personal use

Unless a product page or written permission says otherwise, a purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for private use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or claim the files as your own.

Intellectual property

Store content and case materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All names, people, events, and organizations in the investigations are fictional.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the store and digital files available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Any other limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
