THE LAST ALIBI sells digital investigation files delivered electronically. Because a digital file cannot be physically returned, orders are generally final once the files have been delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

When to contact us

Please contact thelastalibi.team@gmail.com if you were charged more than once, received an incorrect or defective file, or cannot access a purchase. Include your order number and a short description of the issue. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights that apply under consumer law. Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will be returned to the original payment method when possible.
